Tressa "Azarel" Smallwood is the award winning publisher of Life Changing Books INC, a movie producer, owner of The Be The Boss Program, where she teaches people to turn their gifts and talents into income, and co-owner of The Best Sellers Project, an online school that teaches authors to write and publish their books the RIGHT way.

In 2003 she left her career as a school teacher behind, self published her first book and raked in over $40k in sales within the first two months. She has since turned her knowledge into a multi-million dollar publishing empire, earning the name THE SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR. In addition, she's created a business model that has allowed her and others to make money in her sleep, LITERALLY.
